Do I need to register an account?

Unless you want to join the Affiliate Program you don’t register for an account.

Do I have to change my account settings?

Your profile must be publicly visible and accessible, that’s the only required setting. Same goes for images and posts.

Is it safe to use with my Social Media Account?

All our offered services are delivered with accounts which have a great standing with the respective service. There is no need to worry about your account.

Do you require my account information?

No, we would never ask for your password. Also, you should never give your password to 3rd party service providers.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve placed your order and you want to know the status, go to our Order Tracking page. The needed order information can be found in your order confirmation E-Mail.
If you don’t see your order E-Mail in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

I haven't received my order yet, what now?

Please make sure that the following applies:

  • Your Instagram account is publicly visible.
  • You have typed in the correct username/link to post.
  • You have not changed your username in between the order delivery.
  • The account or post exists, and you haven’t deleted it.
  • The post follows the guidelines and has not been restricted or removed by the platform.
  • Give us up to 24 hours for the order delivery, most orders are completed within one hour, in some instances it might take longer.

My followers are dropping, is something wrong?

It rarely happens, but we over deliver on every order just in case someone decides to unfollow you or unlike your page. If it does happen, you can contact us and we are going to refill your order.

What is your Refund Policy?

Nearly 99.9% of issues can be solved by simply writing us an E-Mail to [email protected] or submitting the Contact Us form. In addition, we offer a 7-days, no questions asked, refund policy.

Which payment options are available?

You can pay with all major Credit and Debit Cards issued by Visa or Mastercard.

I don’t have a Credit Card, how can I pay?

Check if you can buy virtual credit or gift cards from Mastercard and Visa in your country. Those work with our payment provider as well. PayPal may offer you a virtual credit card as well.

Is my payment data safe?

Yes, your payment data is safe, all payments are processed externally by PayOp. We don’t receive any data besides your Name and E-Mail address.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept PayPal payments at the moment. But you can check within your PayPal account if you are eligible for a virtual Mastercard which you can use to pay in our store.

My card was declined, what now?

Unfortunately, we can’t see payment errors, but your bank can. You should inquire with them regarding the payment.

Once registered, you will receive your login information via E-Mail.

How does it work?

You can use your unique link to share with friends or users on your platform. For each purchase you earn a commission. You can find our banners and embed code in your user account.

What are the program details?

  • Commission: 20% from each purchase
  • Payout requirement: 20$ – paid once a week
  • Cookie duration: 30 days
